A day after Jitin Prasada switched to the BJP, senior Congress chief M Veerappa Moily on Thursday mentioned the Congress must bear a “major surgery” and never rely simply on legacy, asserting that the highest management should give primacy to ideological dedication whereas assigning duty to leaders.
