Construction of buildings and skyscrapers is a job that usually takes months, if not years – however not for this building firm in Changsha, China. Broad Group, a Chinese enterprise that has many verticals, considered one of which is sustainable improvement, created a splash on the web by constructing a 10-storey residential constructing in a little bit over a day — 28 hours and 45 minutes, to be exact.

The smartest thing about such pre-fabricated set-ups is that the person items may be dismantled and moved if wanted. According to New Atlas, the group stated its prefab setup can be very sturdy and earthquake-resistant
