Calcutta High Court has granted bail to Saradha rip-off accused Debjani Mukherjee.

The Calcutta High Court on Saturday granted bail to Debjani Mukherjee, an accused within the multi-crore Saradha chit fund rip-off, in one of many a number of felony instances towards her.

“It is also pertinent to note that Kunal Kumar Ghosh, a co-accused, in the same case, was granted interim bail by this court on October 5, 2016 which was confirmed by this court on January 6, 2017,” the bench noticed whereas granting bail to Ms Mukherjee within the case.
