Jammu and Kashmir Police had busted a narco terror module in Baramulla on Saturday (Representational).

An encounter broke out between safety forces and terrorists within the Sopore space of Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday, the Jammu and Kashmir Police knowledgeable.

The encounter has damaged out between safety forces and terrorists within the Gund Brath space.

Earlier, Jammu and Kashmir Police busted a narco terror module in Uri space of Baramulla and arrested 10 folks with an enormous amount of heroin, price Rs 45 crore, together with arms and ammunition on Saturday.

“These arms and ammunition were hidden under cavities in vehicles. We are investigating how they were transporting it. We have some leads that point to people from outside the Union Territory. We have so far arrested 10 people,” Rayees Mohammad Bhat, SSP Baramulla informed ANI.

Kashmir Zone Police knowledgeable that 4 pistols, 10 grenades and 4 autos had been seized from the arrested folks. Baramulla Police additionally seized Rs 21 lakh money and 9 kg heroin which has market worth of roughly Rs 45 crore.
