Shiv Sena chief Arvind Sawant mentioned hypothesis in regards to the Maharashtra alliance going through inner friction is flawed. “I too have certain friends in BJP. Political rivalry and ideology are different. Relations continue. We don’t treat opposition as enemies,” Mr Sawant mentioned. “I-T and ED are harassing us and sometimes CBI too. The remedy is forming an alliance with BJP to close cases? Is it the right way to work? It means the ruling party is blackmailing.”
